03/14/2014 – “Pi Day!”

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

“Pi Day” – Gotta keep Lieutenant Gentry happy!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

1 Burpee

5 Kettlebell Clean and Press (alternate arms)

9 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (alternate arms)

***Rest 1 minute***

Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes

2 Turkish Getups

6 Box Jumps

5 Shuttle Run (15 yards out and back)
