SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Kettlebell

Complete 5 Rounds of the following:

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (heavy)

50-Yard Suitcase Carry

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (heavy)

50-Yard Suitcase Carry

20-Yard Slow Crawl

Record the weight of your kettlebell.
