MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 15 Squats, 20 Sit-ups, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Workout: Something a little different…

Buy In:Perform 5 sets of 5 reps each of weighted squats. You are free to choose the method for performing the weighted squats, but you should use as heavy weight as possible. Methods include: Front Squats, Back Squats, Goblet Squats, or Overhead Squats. You can use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, or any other HEAVY object to perform your sets. Rest 90 seconds between sets.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

30 Jump Rope Skips

15 Squats

10 Pushups

Post your rounds, squat method and max weight used for the squats.
