WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope

Complete the following as quickly as possible

75-50-25 reps of

Double Unders

Mountain Climbers    (each leg is 1 rep)

Lunge Steps  (each leg is 1 rep)

*Note: If you finish in less than 12 minutes, rest 2 minutes, then run 0.4 miles and perform 50 Situpsas quickly as possible.

Record your total time.
