MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed lateral hops (each foot).

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

In 3 minutes complete

25 Lateral Jumps  (over your KB)

20 Kettlebell Swings

15 Goblet Squats(use KB)

MAX Reps Hand Release Pushups

*Rest 1 minute between rounds

Your score is the total number of pushups you completed over the 5 rounds.
