TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps  (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

Sprint 200 meters

14 Kettlebell Snatch  (7/arm)

10 Clapping Pushups

**Rest 1 minute between rounds**

Record your total time and the time for each round.
