SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 20 Situps, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Workout: Set the clock for 20 minutes

Run 1 Mile

In the remaining time, complete as many rounds as possible of:

40 Jump Rope Skips

12 Pushups

12 Jumping Squats

12 V-ups

Post your mile time and rounds completed.
