03/09/2016: Bodyweight Workout! Get those Abs ready!

Bruce and Sophie rocking some Father-Daughter Airplane Planks at the park on Monday! Sophie got up at 5:30 AM during Spring Break to come workout with her Dad!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Complete 4 rounds of the following

40 seconds Split Squats (Rounds 1&3 Right leg; 2&4 Left leg), 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Plank with Shoulder Taps, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Total Body Extensions, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds X-Situps, 20 seconds REST
