MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Dumbbells

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

Sprint 200 Yards

16 Dumbbell Plank Rows (8/arm)

16 Dumbbell Windmills   (8/side) ***Perform these slowly. Form is what matters. If 8 reps/side is too many, cut the reps down to something you can manage.***
