SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts (burpee w/out the pushup)

Complete the following

4 x 100 meter MAX EFFORT, rest 60 seconds between each sprint

4 x 200 meter MAX EFFORT, rest 90 seconds between each sprint

4 x 400 meter MAX EFFORT, rest 120 seconds between each sprint
