FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 20 Situps, and (if possible) 10 pullups.

Workout: Complete the following as quickly as possible:

18 Right Arm Kettlebell Snatch

18 Left Arm Kettlebell Snatch

6 Burpees

12 Right Arm Kettlebell Snatch

12 Left Arm Kettlebell Snatch

12 Burpees

6 Right Arm Kettlebell Snatch

6 Left Arm Kettlebell Snatch

18 Burpees
