SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete the following. Don’t focus on your time. Focus on quality reps. If your quality starts to decline, reduce your reps.

10 Turkish Getups  (5/arm)

30 Goblet Squats

50 Pushups

70 Hollow Rocks

Record any modifications you used and the weight used.
