MONDAY BOOTCAMP WORKOUT

Run 2 miles. Every 3 minutes, perform 3 burpees and 12 squats. Complete this as quickly as possible! Post total time to comments.

Breakfast of Champions?

I had a little extra time this morning after my workout to whip up a quick, low carb breakfast.  4 egg scramble with chorizo sausage, zucchini, and onion complimented with a side of 3 strips bacon and an avocado.

What's healthier, a bowl of cereal and a cup of yogurt or my heap of goodness?
