THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following.

You will work for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest for each exercise during a round.

Plank

Bird Dogs                 

Hollow Body Hold

Glute Bridges

Dead Bugs

Spend some time stretching your core upon completion of this workout.
