03/04/2016: Kettlebell Swings, Speed Skaters, Pushups, Friday Flab Away!

Fun at Student Transport yesterday! The ladies went through the workout above 4 times and killed it!

Workout #64 of 366  (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell and Jump Rope.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

Run 0.2 miles

10 Pushups

20 Speed Skaters

40 Russian Kettlebell Swings

Record your rounds.

***Move immediately into the flab Away at the conclusion of 20 minutes***


Complete 5 minutes of the following:

25 Mountain Hoppers(each leg is ½ rep)

15 Situps

5 Tuck Jumps
