TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

#1: Complete 3 Rounds of the following

1 minute MAX reps Goblet Squats

1 minute MAX reps Kettlebell Ballistic Hand Picks

1 minute MAX reps Lateral Jumps (over KB)

1 minute MAX reps Russian Kettlebell Swings

1 minute MAX reps 20-yard Shuttle Run (20 yards out and back)

1 minute REST
