FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 20 Jumping Jacks, and a 1-minute plank hold.

Workout:

Buy-In:  2 minute Plank hold

then…

Complete 3 Rounds as quickly as possible:  

5 Manmakers (use DB or Kettlebells)

30 Squats

30 Situps

Run 400 meters

then…

Cash-out:  30 V-ups

THE MARCH CHALLENGE (update)

Yesterday, I challenged you to complete 1800 pushups this month. After digesting that daunting task overnight, I decided to add suggested bench marks for you depending on your fitness level. So, based on your experience and fitness level try to achieve one of the following pushup targets for the month (designations inspired by those used in professional baseball).

Rookie: 600 Pushups

A: 900 Pushups

AA: 1200 Pushups

AAA: 1500 Pushups

MAJOR LEAGUE: 1800 Pushups
