02/29/2016: Leap Day Lung Buster!

Workout #60 of 366  (2016)

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

Sprint 50 Yards

7 Jumping Squats

Sprint 100 Yards

7 Split Jumps (per leg)

7 Pushup-to-Plank

Sprint 50 Yards

7 Burpees

Record your rounds and any modifications you made to the workout.
