02/28/2016: Kettlebell Snatch and Double Unders!

Workout #59 of 366  (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell, Jump Rope

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

50 Double Unders

20 Kettlebell Snatch (10/arm)

Record your rounds.

Mobilize your Thoracic Spine

Spend 3 minutes working on your thoracic spine mobility. Here’s a great VIDEO on mobilizing the t-spine using a foam roller. Happy rolling!
