TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 20 Jumping Jacks, and a 1-minute plank hold.

Workout:

Buy-In: 1 minute MAX rep Sit-ups

then…

Complete as many rounds of the following sequence as possible in 16 minutes:

12 Box Jumps/Step-ups (if doing step-ups alternate legs)

20 Weighted Lunge Steps (each leg counts a 1 rep – hold DB in Goblet position)

12 Jumping Squats

20 One Arm Dumbbell Swings  (10 each arm)

then…

Cash-out: 1 Minute MAX rep Sit-ups
