Monday Bootcamp Workout

Location: Gym for warmup/Weightroom for workout

Equipment: Pullup bar and Bands (if needed) and something to keep track of your rounds (notepad/pennies/marker)

WORKOUT #1

Complete the following sequence as many times as possible in 12 minutes,

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Squats

***After resting for 3 minutes, workout 2 will begin***

WORKOUT #2

Complete the following sequence as many time as possible in 6 minutes,

1 Burpee

2 Jumping Squats

3 Hanging Knee Raises OR Knees to elbows OR Toes to bar

Rememeber…tomorrow is the final day in our "Month of Mitchell" adventure. Anyone have something they'd like to target in March?  I have a few ideas…If you have something you'd like to work on, post it to comments.
