SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 20 Jumping Jacks, and a 1-minute plank hold.

Workout:

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes:

Run 0.25 miles

15 Overhead Squatswith PVC Pipe, Broomstick, Barbell, Super Band, etc.

20 Situps
