02/25/2016: Kettlebell Workout with Press, Squat, Figure 8!

Workout #56 of 366  (2016)

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

#1:  Complete 4 Rounds

40 seconds Press (strong arm), 20 seconds REST      

40 seconds Press (stronger arm), 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Goblet Squats, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Kettlebell Figure Eight w/Hold, 20 seconds REST

***REST 2 minutes, then…***

#2:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

Sprint 20 Yards

6 Situps

Record your weight used for #1 and your rounds for #2.
