MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 5 Rounds of the following:

Run 0.2 miles

24 Jumping Lunge Steps (12/leg)

16 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  (8/arm – perform in any order)

8 Pushups (hand release)

Rest 1 minute
