SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

Run!

Complete the following

1 mile run, rest 4 minutes

0.5 mile run, rest 2 minutes

0.25 mile, rest 1 minute

0.25 mile run, Done!
