SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts (burpee w/out the pushup)

Complete 3 rounds of the following

1 minute Kettlebell Figure 8

1 minute 30 yard Shuttle Run  (15 yards out and back)

1 minute Kettlebell Ballistic Hand Picks

1 minute Kettlebell Waiter Press  (30 seconds each arm)

1minute Kettlebell Situps

1 minute REST
