Bootcamp Workout: “Run, Forrest, Run!”

Location: Track

Equipment: Stopwatch (Please bring one if you have one. A wristwatch with a stopwatch function is great.)

Workout #1:

4 Rounds:

400m Run

Rest 2 minutes

Workout #2:

Travel 400m using any of the following methods/modes of transportation, in any order and for any duration, but all must be used at least once during your trek.

Bear Crawl

Frog Jump

Crab Walk

Walking Lunge Steps

One-footed hops (each leg must be used for at least one hop)

Backward Running


Remember, it will be chilly in the morning, so keep it hot and dress in layers!
