FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

“Leggo my leggos!”

Complete 25 “rounds” of the following leg complex

4 Squat

Jumping Squats

4 Lunge Steps  (2 each leg)

2 Jumping Lunge Steps (1 each leg)

4 Lateral Jumps

2 Broad Jumps

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY!

2 rounds:

1 minute Plank

1 minute Superman Hold

30 seconds REST
