TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 20 Jumping Jacks, and a 1-minute plank hold.

Workout:

Buy-In:  25 Kettlebell Snatch(each arm, must complete all reps with one arm before moving to the other arm)

then…

Complete as many Rounds as possible in 12 minutes

8 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

12 Lungesteps (hold KB to chest, 6/leg)

30 Jump Rope Skips (or 15 Double Unders)

then…

Cash-Out: 15 One-Arm Kettlebell Press(each arm)

Make sure you use a KB weight that challenges you. Go heavy!
