President's Day Workout 02.21.2011
Location: Parade Field
Equipment: Kettlebell (choose a weight that will be challenging)
You have 18 minutes to complete the following exercises in any order and broken up anyway you choose.
50 Jumping Lungesteps
60 Kettlebell swings
100 Tire Jumps or Step-ups
150' bear crawl
Burpees – As many burpees as possible in the remaining time. You cannot begin burpees until the exercises above are complete. Your score for the workout is the total number of burpees completed.
