02/20/2016: Running Hills, Interval Training

Workout #51 of 366  (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Hill, Timing Device.

Complete 10 rounds of the following

20-seconds Hill Sprint

Rest 60 seconds

10-seconds Hill Sprint

Rest 30 seconds
