MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 20 Jumping Jacks, and a 1-minute plank hold.

Workout:  Complete 2 rounds of the following:

1 minute Burpees

2 minutes Kettlebell Swings       

Run 0.5 miles

2 minutes Goblet Squats

1 minute Pushups
