FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

#1: Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:

10  One Arm Kettlebell Swings (right), 10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (left)

#2: Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:

4 Kettlebell Clean and Press (right), 4 Kettlebell Clean and Press (left)

#3: Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:

Sprint 40 seconds, Rest 20 seconds

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY!

4 Rounds:

30 seconds Hollow Body Hold

15 seconds REST
