TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes

15 Goblet Squats w/Kettlebell

10 Half Turkish Get-ups (5/arm – use KB or DB)

100 Yard Sprint (backwards)

***REST 2 minutes***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

15 Jumping Squats

10 Situps

50 Yard Sprint

***REST 1 minute***

#3: Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes

30 Speed Skaters

5 Burpees
