Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Box, Bench, or Wall (16” high)

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

45 seconds Plank, 15 seconds rest

45 seconds Speed Skaters, 15 seconds rest

45 seconds V-ups, 15 seconds rest

45 seconds Box Jumps, 15 seconds rest

Record your total box jumps reps.
