Equipment: PVC Pipe (will be provided)

WORKOUT

For 25 minutes, repeat the following movements (in order) as many times as possible:

400m Run (one lap around the track)

15 Overhead Squats (w/PVC)

15 Pushups

15 Toes to Bar (w/PVC)
