Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Box, Bench, or Wall (16” high)

Complete 3 Rounds of the following

45 seconds Dead Bugs, 15 seconds rest

45 seconds Box Jumps or Box Step-Ups, 15 seconds rest

45 seconds Plank with Shoulder Taps, 15 seconds rest

45 seconds Squats, 15 seconds rest

45 seconds Jingle Jangles, 15 seconds rest

***REST 1 minute between rounds***

Abdominal Stretches

Try some one the stretches in THIS VIDEO after you complete today’s workout. Spend 3-5 minutes stretching out the abs.
