SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope

“Something different again"

Complete 10 rounds of the following

Pick up the heaviest object you can and move it 50 yards, then perform

10 Pushups

Rest as need throughout this workout. Be creative with the object you select to move. Examples include a rock, log, human, box, etc. The more awkward the shape, the harder it will be to carry. Go nuts!

Record your total time.
