THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 20 Jumping Jacks, and a 1-minute plank hold.

Workout:

Complete 4 Rounds of the following:

1 minute MAX rep Box Jumps/Step-ups

1 minute MAX rep Dumbbell Plank Rows (Alternate Arms)

 1 minute MAX rep Jump Rope Skips

1 minute MAX rep Dumbbell Thrusters

1 minute REST
