Bootcamp Workout 02/16/2011
Equipment Needed: Medicine Ball (Men: 15-20 pounds / Women 8-10 pounds / Scaled: 4-8 pounds),
In 18 minutes, complete the following movements in the order presented as many times as possible:
15 Ground to Overhead with Med Ball
10 Thrusters with Med Ball
5 Pushups on Med Ball
Sprint the length of the gym and back.
***If possible please bring something to keep track of how many times you get through the workout. This item can be a piece of paper, coins, poker chips, or a particularly advanced brain that allows you to tally reps in a round and rounds overall.*****
