SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell/Jump Rope

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

Kettlebell Heartbeats

Double Unders

Kettlebell Figure 8

Traveling Plank

Round 1 = 45 seconds WORK / 15 seconds REST

Round 2 = 40 seconds WORK / 20 seconds REST

Round 3 = 35 seconds WORK / 25 seconds REST

Round 4 = 30 seconds WORK / 30 seconds REST

Record the weight of your kettlebell.
