02/14/2014 – Partner Up, It’s Valentine’s Day!


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.


Valentine’s Day Team Workout!

With a partner, complete the following

400 Russian Kettlebell Swings

Here’s the Catch! One partner works during the even minutes, one partner works during the odd minutes. Every work minute begins with 3 Burpees and in the remaining time, you’ll perform as many Russian Kettlebell Swings as you can. Your partner will take over where you left off and as a team you will continue alternating each minute until you reach 400 Russian Kettlebell Swings. Here’s Catch #2, during your “rest minute”, you must complete 5 V-ups before you begin your next “work” minute.


Complete 3 Rounds as quickly as possible

5 Dive Bomber Pushups

10 Plank Jacks

20 Russian Twists  (use KB for weight)
