02/14/2013 – Happy Valentine’s Day!



Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

“Couples time!”

It’s Valentine’s Day, so couple up and storm through the following as quickly as possible. (20 minute time limit)

Sprint 200 yards – This happens continuously throughout the workout until you have completed all reps of all the movements listed. The run must be alternated between the two of you the entire time. There is never a time during the workout when both partners are doing the movements below.  One person must ALWAYS be running. You can break up the movements anyway you’d like and work in any order you see fit.

80 Box Jumps

80 Pushups (hand release)

80 Kettlebell Swings       

80 Mountain Hoppers  (each leg is 1/2 rep)

80 Situps

80 Walking Lunge Steps  (each leg is 1 rep)

80 Goblet Squats w/Kettlebell
