WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)

“2s and 13s”

Buy-In: 2 minutes MAX rep Situps

***1 Minute Rest***

Complete as many rounds as possible in 13 minutes

2 Half Turkish Get-ups  (each arm – use KB)

13 Jumping Jacks

2 Burpees

13 Jumping Squats  

2 V-ups

13 Kettlebell Skull Crusher

***1 Minute Rest***

Cash-Out: 13, 50-Yard Shuttle Run  (out 25 yards, back 25 yards)
