WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbell

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 16 minutes

3 One-Arm Dumbbell Overhead Press (right arm)

3 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch (right arm)

3 One Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats  (right arm)

Sprint 100 Yards

3 One-Arm Dumbbell Overhead Press (left arm)

3 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch (left arm)

3 One Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats  (left arm)

Sprint 100 Yards

Record any modifications you used to complete this workout and the number of rounds completed.
