MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed lateral hops (each foot).

“Manmaker Monday!”

In 17 minutes, complete as much of the ladder as possible

1 Manmaker, 5 Lateral Jumps  over 1 dumbbell

2 Manmakers, 10 Lateral Jumps  over 1 dumbbell

3 Manmakers, 15 Lateral Jumps  over 1 dumbbell

4 Manmakers, 20 Lateral Jumps  over 1 dumbbell

5 Manmakers, 25 Lateral Jumps  over 1 dumbbell

…Continue adding 1 Manmakerand 5 Lateral Jumps until time expires.
