SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following as quickly as possible

Run 0.5 miles

40 Squats

40 Walking Lunge Steps  (each leg is 1 rep)

40 Burpees

40 Situps       

400 Jump Rope Skips  or 100 Double Unders

40 Grasshoppers (each leg is 1 rep)

40 Dips

40 Box Jumps (use an object at least 16” high)

40 Yard Bear Crawl   

Run 0.5 miles
