Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 20 Jumping Jacks, and a 1-minute plank hold.
Complete 5 Rounds of the following:
100 Jump Rope Skips
30 seconds of Hollow Rocks
20 Russian Twistsw/ Medicine Ball, Kettlebell, or Dumbbell (each side =1/2 rep)
30 seconds of Superman Hold
