TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell, Jump Rope

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

45 seconds Jump Rope Skips/ Double Unders, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Tall Plank to Downward Dog, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Russian Kettlebell Swings, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Dead Bugs, 15 seconds REST

Record the weight of the Kettlebell used.
