WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 20 Jumping Jacks, and a 1-minute plank hold.

Buy-In:  MAX reps Pushups in 2 minutes

then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes:

100 yard Sprint

30 Grasshoppers (each leg = 1 rep)

15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls with Kettlebell

15 Goblet Squats with Kettlebell

30 Jump Rope Skips (15 Double Unders)

**Bonus CASH-OUT: 2 minute plank hold
